1st Course - Sharing Platters AS FOLLOWS:

Arrancini : arborio rice, mozzarella, & parmesan cheese fritters served over top of pulled pork in a San Marzano tomato sauce, finished with guinciale, asiago cheese, truffle oil and fresh basil
Shrimp & Calamari : sardella, basil, and honey marinated shrimp and calamari over top of siciLlian style braised vegetable caponata
Beef tenderloin : seared beef tenderloin paired with smoked caramelized onions, smoked gouda cheese, vin cotto, and fresh thyme


2ND Course - Sharing Platters AS FOLLOWS:

grilled Australian lamb = rack paired with a wild mushroom and guinciale risotto
Pacific Cod = panko encrusted fried cod, dill creme fraiche, mango salsa, arugula salad over top of roasted vegetables and rapini
Beef Brisket = whisky braised beef brisket with natural jus, paired with home made ricotta cheese ravioli in a porcini blush sauce
mixed green salad - iNSALATA tossed in a lemon basil vinaigrette with olives, red peppers, tomaTOEs, cucumbers, with GRATED parmesan cheese


3RD Course - Sharing Platters AS FOLLOWS:

TirAMISU - ESPRESSO & LIQUEUR COOKIES LAYERED WITH MARSCARPONE AND COCOA
CHEESECAKE - Peanut Butter CHOCOLATE Cheesecake
