Beef Brisket - slow-braised beef brisket in a bourbon reduction  // Gnudi - house-made gnudi dumpling in a tarragon blush sauce with crispy onions and arugula //  Lobster - butter braised lobster tail served with roasted rapini // Grilled Lamb - served with a wild mushroom risotto, truffle, asiago


3RD COURSE shared platters of:
Dessert - mascarpone filled canoli pastries

New Year's dinner service will be served CONTORNI-STYLE for easy sharing. 

Contorni style of communal dining originates from the chef's Roman heritage.  It allows for a variety of premiere side dishes to be served so that your can sample many flavours.  No choices are necessary as all of dishes listed for each course will be served for each seating.  This is a new year's feast to close out the decade.  Price is per person and does not include taxes, beverages, or gratuity.

Beef Brisket - slow braised brisket with crispy onions served with gnudi in a tarragon guanciale blush sauce with arugula // Rainbow Trout - topped with dill creme fraiche, avocado relish served with mussels // Risotto - caramelized fennel, jalapeno, asiago, baby spinach and rapini
